ONE GRAPHENE SYSTEM,
FOUR FORMATS.

HoneyCombX® delivers a single graphene technology across four distinct integration formats, allowing performance to be specified at the level that best fits each garment's construction and design. Consistent performance language across the full garment, from yarn to shell.

THE ARCHITECTURE

A SUPER-THIN LATTICE OF CARBON ATOMS  — ENGINEERED FOR TEXTILES.

HoneyCombX® is built around a graphene honeycomb structure optimized for textile integration. The unique lattice design delivers high surface area, conductivity, and mechanical strength while remaining ultra-lightweight.

Sourced from a verified global network of suppliers as a single-layer graphene product, then engineered into textile-ready forms, performance embedded at the molecular level.

CONDUCTIVE RESPONSIVENESS

STRUCTURAL DURABILITY

EMBEDDED AT THE MOLECULAR LEVEL

High surface area enables efficient thermal exchange across the entire fabric surface, not just contact points.

Conductivity supports rapid temperature modulation in both hot and cold environments — and helps reduce static buildup.

Mechanical strength holds across the garment lifecycle without coatings or heavy finishes that wear off with use.

Performance is engineered into the filament, fiber, membrane, or print itself, designed to hold across the full garment lifecycle, wash after wash.

THREE PERFORMANCE PILLARS - VERIFIED AT THE FABRIC LEVEL.

HOW IT WORKS

HoneyCombX® absorbs excess heat and redistributes it evenly across the fabric — preventing localized hot spots and supporting thermal balance in both hot and cold environments. The result is a textile that actively modulates instead of simply insulating.

Across light-irradiation testing, HoneyCombX® reached 48.6°C versus a control of 36.9°C at 20 minutes — an 11.7°C delta. Far-infrared emissivity exceeded the ≥0.88 industry threshold at 0.93 (UTS Fujian, GB/T 30127-2013).

THERMAL REGULATION

Graphene's conductive properties enable rapid thermal responsiveness across the textile system. The same conductivity helps reduce static buildup, supports UV protection up to UPF 50+ (fabric construction permitting), and provides environmental shielding against everyday stressors.

HoneyCombX®'s performance is intrinsic to the filament, padding, membrane, or print layer it inhabits, engineered to hold across the full garment lifecycle, wash after wash.

CONDUCTIVITY & PROTECTION

The carbon-based formula inhibits bacterial growth at the filament level, a durable, cost-efficient alternative to silver or copper treatments. Performance supports odor control and hygiene across the full garment lifecycle, wash after wash.

Third-party SGS testing (ASTM E 2149-2020, August 2024) recorded a 96% reduction in Staphylococcus aureus in 24 hours from a 100% HoneyCombX® graphene polyester filament sample. JIS L 1902:2015 testing recorded 99.9% reduction values against both S. aureus and Klebsiella pneumoniae.
